You Cannot Judge a Book by its Cover
I am told that my title is cliche. But I really don't care - the saying holds true. There are people in this world that will size you up and down in everything you do - work, school, the gym, sporting events, etc. What they are really trying to do is make themself feel better.I think we're all guilty of doing this from time to time, but lately I've encountered a number of people who do it daily. Maybe they are insecure - I just don't know. My advice is this - worry about yourself, not about me.
Stats for today:
This morning was so cool and refreshing that I blew off the swim and went for a run. Just under 9 miles in the dark in 1 hour 30 minutes. It's tough to see in the dark. But you knew that.
Tonight I went for 1.5 hours of martial arts training. It was mostly technique, not much cardio. But the intensity of the technique makes it physically and mentally taxing.
